As an Assembly professional, you will be part of a dynamic team supporting production goals and ensuring high-quality output. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, good manual dexterity, and a positive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Assembler - Monday through Friday 6:00am-2:00pm

Location: Appleton, WI

Pay Range: $17.00/hour

What's the Job?

Assemble products with precision and care, ensuring quality standards are met. Balance the workload between target inventory and production demands. Check daily target inventory levels and manage job orders effectively. Prioritize tasks to meet daily and weekly production goals. Order materials as needed to maintain workflow efficiency.

What's Needed?

1 year of assembly or manufacturing experience. Ability to read and understand circuit and wiring diagrams. Familiarity with MRD and material ordering procedures. Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination. Basic computer skills and effective communication abilities.
