**Job Title: 1st Shift Assembler** **Job Description** We are looking to add to our Light Duty Assembling team. As an Assembler, you will be responsible for putting together electrical units and sub-assemblies, which will then be provided to the Control Panel team. The role involves hand crimping of electrical terminals, assembling connectors, performing visual inspections, and preparing units for testing. You will be provided with a 'golden sample' to ensure the end assembly meets the required standards, and all necessary tools will be provided. **Responsibilities** + Perform wiring and assembly operations on standardized electric units and subassemblies. + Hand crimp electrical terminals and perform basic soldering of wire connections and connectors. + Assemble housings and connectors. + Work with wiring charts and schematics. + Conduct basic visual inspections on materials. + Prepare units and assemblies for testing. + Keep your individual work area clean and organized. **Essential Skills** + Experience with hand tools. + Ability to read and follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). + Proficiency in visual inspections and maintaining organization. **Why Work Here?** Our PTO policy allows you to earn leave from day one, with additional hours accrued at 6 months, 1 year, and 5 years. Steel-toe shoes are not required. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of York, Pennsylvania. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $17.00/hr.
