Employees will work with hand and power tools, utilizing blueprints to assemble complex cooling systems and mild steel enclosures. Additional tasks include learning brazing techniques for copper piping and grinding the finished product. The role requires standing throughout the shift and may involve working individually or as part of a team. **Responsibilities** + Assemble copper piping and rubber tubing for High Density Liquid Cooling products. + Utilize hand and power tools to complete tasks. + Follow blueprints to assemble complex cooling systems and mild steel enclosures. + Learn and perform brazing on copper piping. + Grind finished products to specifications. + Work both individually and as part of a team. + Stand for the entire shift. **Essential Skills** + Experience with hand tools and power tools. + Ability to read and follow blueprints. + Comfortable standing for the entire shift. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + No previous manufacturing experience required, but a desire to get into manufacturing is essential. + 3+ months of assembly experience is a plus. + Knowledge and experience working with tools. + Submit to a back ground check (no drug test). **Why Work Here?** Enjoy excellent benefits including PTO, 401K matching, Holiday Pay, Health, Vision, and Dental coverage. Additionally, there is a potential for a raise of $0.50 after 90 days and another raise once hired on permanently. **Work Environment** This is a very large manufacturing environment with a high-speed pace, but it is not an assembly line. The environment is clean but can get hot during the summer as it is not temperature controlled. The HDLC department operates on the first shift with hours from 7:30am to 3:30pm, Monday through Friday. Mandatory overtime may require employees to start as early as 5:30am. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Anoka, Minnesota. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $18.82 - $20.50/hr.
