Position Summary:

\r\n\r\n\t\t\t

Accurately and efficiently assembles and tests a variety of products to achieve customer satisfaction, provide a quality product, and meet on-time delivery schedules. Actively contributes to lean initiatives to increase productivity and reduce costs. Receives general supervisory guidance.

\r\n\r\n\t\t\t

Key Responsibilities:

\r\n\r\n\t\t\t\r\n\t\t\t\tAccess print(s) online and follow instructions to build to required specifications\r\n\t\t\t\tInterprets drawings / prints, engineering orders, test specifications, service bulletins, customer requirements, and quality directives\r\n\t\t\t\tReport issues with quality, process, equipment, or materials to appropriate functional groups\r\n\t\t\t\tActively participates in lean initiatives by identifying and providing suggestions on areas for improvement and attending required training.\r\n\t\t\t\tInspects parts for conformance to specifications using measuring instruments, gages, and comparators. Uses
\r\n\t\t\t\tvarious types of magnification equipment to detect and avoid damage to surfaces and critical areas. Visually
\r\n\t\t\t\tinspects parts for burrs and damaged machined surfaces\r\n\t\t\t\r\n\r\n\t\t\t

Required Qualifications:

\r\n\r\n\t\t\t\r\n\t\t\t\tHigh School Diploma or Equivalent preferred\r\n\t\t\t\tSatisfactory performance on pre-employment assessments is required\r\n\t\t\t\tGeneral manufacturing experience preferred, ideally 1 or more years\r\n\t\t\t\tAble to select appropriate procedures, techniques, tools, and equipment per prints\r\n\t\t\t\tAbility to use measuring equipment (ex: comparator, micrometers, calipers, pin or wire gauges, etc.)\r\n\t\t\t\r\n\r\n\t\t\t

Rate - $16.50-$18.50/hr DOE plus shift differential
