What You'll Do
Talent Sourcers play a critical role in achieving our growth & hiring objectives for BCG’s Consulting business. Reporting to the APAC Director of Executive Search & Talent Sourcing, this role partners with Recruiting & Consulting stakeholders (including Managing Directors / Partners) across APAC to identify and secure best-in-class talent across lateral and executive search.
Sourcers learn through practical experience and top-tier coaching & mentorship.
Our Talent Sourcers drive the search process – from developing and executing search strategies to interviewing, assessing and building a pipeline of qualified candidates for active roles.
Talent Sourcers deeply immerse themselves in industry, role and functional research, acting as the ‘eyes’ and ‘ears’ in the market to provide strategic insights and serve as trusted thought partners.
Role Responsibilities-
Talent Research
Create a focused search strategy vis-à-vis the hiring requirement and drive its execution, continuously fine-tuning the approach via leveraging of market knowledge. Act as trusted advisor, solutioning on talent pools / strategies to successfully close searchesConduct industry and function-specific research, mapping the talent landscape to bring market intelligence to the tableCandidate & Stakeholder Engagement
Reach out to prospective candidates to pitch / elicit interest in opportunities, gather referrals and collect market intelligence and feedbackAssist in conducting in-depth interviews, evaluating candidates against role requirementsBuild strong candidate relationships. Considering the scarcity of certain niche talent pools, consistently plan and implement effective outreach strategies to nurture relationships and engagement with prospective candidatesCollaborate internationally, across BCG as part of a global sourcing community, bringing creative ideas together and providing strategic inputLiving BCG Values
