As an Analyst in our APAC Benefits team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the development the optimal solution for our firm's employee benefits programs, such as group insurance policies and retirement plans. You will collaborate with local HR colleagues to ensure effective implementation and management of these programs, aligning them with our global benefits philosophy whilst balancing local requirements.
Job Responsibilities:
Assist in the design and development of the firm's employee benefits programs and related policies across APACCollaborate with HR colleagues and vendors in each location to ensure effective program implementation and managementWork with tax and legal advisors to ensure programs meet regulatory requirementsClose communication with key stakeholders to promote awareness and understanding of employee benefits offeringsPerform demographic analysis and cost projections to assess feasibility of different program designsSupport the day to day maintenance as well as periodic review of benefits programsManage the collection, verification and submission of data for reporting and other purposesMonitor key risks, such as financial, regulatory, investment and operational risks, across APACRequired Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
