**Job Summary**
The Presales Solutions Specialistwill work alongside Architects and Engineers as a security expert supporting account teams, customers, and go-to-market initiatives. The Solutions Specialist will take a consultative approach and lead discussions with clientsregarding security platforms, understand how technology enables business, and recognize opportunities for the company. This position is remote with aHomeOffice setup asdeterminedby SHI management.

**Responsibilities**
_Include but not limited to:_
+ Responsible for Account retention and penetrating multiple lines of Cyber Security business in existing accounts by supporting the Account Executive with theircustomers'Securityopportunities
+ Drivingthe security solution sales process, including qualifying the opportunity, forecasting,decision-makingcriteria, and closing
+ Learningcompany service offerings in allsecurity service areas by self-study, acquiring certifications, partner training,and company-sponsored training
+ Ensuringthatcompany-recommendedenterprise solutions are comprehensive, achievecustomer expectations,and meet customer businessneeds
+ Developingrelationships withtheLocal Technology Community (MFGsand SI Partners), and theappropriate customertechnical personnel toestablishmarketcredibility
+ Mentoringand guidinginternal teamson the presales process andsecurity solutions capabilities
+ Stayingcurrent on new technology, trends, and market behaviorin the security space
**Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's Degree or relevant work experiencerequired
+ 1+year in aTechnicalsales position
+ 2+ yearsofsecurity-focusedexperience
+ 4-6 years of experience in cybersecurity cloud
**Required Skills**
+ Ability to speak to the different security technologies such as firewalls, endpoint, email, and identity with customersandidentifycustomer security challenges todeterminepotential securitysolutions
+ Ability to work effectively within all levels of an organization, both internally and externally
+ Excellent presentation skills
+ Receptive listening skills, withtheability to present ideas in a clear, concise fashion to technical and non-technicalaudiences
+ High-qualitywriting skillsneededto producereports,trackmetrics,manage projects, and createtechnicaldocumentation
+ High-level reading comprehensionusedto examine manuals and technicalreports
**Certifications Required**
+ Candidate should have or will work towards certifications with Cisco, Palo Alto, Fortinet, Mimecast, Okta, and others as needed for expertise around firewall/network security, endpoint, email, identity ,and other security technologies.
**Unique Requirements**
+ Business travelrequiredup to 20%, for customer meetings, internal meetings or engagements, travel to customer or partner sites, conferences,and SHI offices.
**Additional Information**
+ The estimated annual pay range for this position is $70,000 - $170,000 which includes a base salary and bonus. The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual to individual. Benefits may include, but are not limited to, medical, vision, dental, 401K, and flexible spending.
