Job Description:At Ascentium Capital, the Titling Specialist is responsible for title estimates, Vin searches, preparing title packages for DMV’s or title agencies, and following up on post-closing items and proper stacking of Loan/Lease files as well as the day to day support of the entire Loan/Lease Closing department (Documentation, Audit and Funding).

Primary Responsibilities
Conducts Verbal Verifications on title estimates with customers
Conducts Vin searches when necessary
Calls DMV’s to get more information on a State
Handles the scanning of documents
Retrieves, scans, and delivers mail
Handles UPS shipments when necessary
Receives and distributes packages
Maintains reports and follows up on title processing
Calls customers to inquire about the status of a title
Offers advice and guidance to junior specialists on occasion
This position requires the tracking of time and is eligible for overtime hours worked in excess of 40 per week under the Fair Labor Standards Act.
This position is incentive eligible.
Requirements
High School Diploma or GED
Three (3) years of customer service experience
Skills and Competencies
Ability to manage multiple priorities
Ability to learn additional systems as needed
Ability to research, analyze data, and derive facts
Ability to work in a team environment when applicable
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
Strong attention to detail and proof-reading skills
Strong verbal, written communication, and organizational skills
Strong work ethic and self-motivation

Pay ranges are job specific and are provided as a point-of-market reference for compensation decisions. Other factors which directly impact pay for individual associates include: experience, skills, knowledge, contribution, job location and, most importantly, performance in the job role.
