Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for an Art Director based in Wheeling, West Virginia. This role involves conceptualizing all visual output for projects, guiding execution, and leading a team of designers to deliver high-quality products. This position is pivotal in setting the tone and animation style for our projects. Responsibilities: • Collaborate with clients to create and design high-quality visuals and initiatives. • Conceptualize and execute a variety of collateral for design clients, including print, web, event materials, across several channels. • Manage the workflow and performance of the creative services team, providing ongoing feedback. • Design storyboards for animation/video requests and moodboards for conceptual initiatives. • Supervise the design team and others involved in the creative process from initial concept to project delivery, ensuring brand standards are met and align with the creative brief. • Maintain brand consistency while providing quality assurance of team deliverables. • Allocate designer resources and create delivery timeline for all incoming requests. • Regularly present completed projects to client teams as a summary of team efforts. Requirements • Proven experience in the role of an Art Director or similar creative leadership role • Extensive knowledge and proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Adobe Flash, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, and Adobe Photoshop • Demonstrable expertise in creating and directing high-quality advertisements and brochures • A strong portfolio showcasing a keen eye for aesthetics and detailed-oriented design • Proven ability to think creatively and deliver innovative design concepts across various media platforms • Strong understanding of brand development and multichannel marketing concepts • Excellent leadership skills and the ability to inspire and motivate a creative team • Exceptional communication and presentation skills to effectively convey the brand's vision to the team and stakeholders • Ability to work under pressure while managing multiple projects simultaneously • Bachelor's degree in Design, Visual Arts, or relevant field.
