Qualis LLC is seeking a Software Electrical Engineer to support the Human Machine Integrated Formations (HMIF) Project Office (PO). The HMIF PO will collaboratively develop two complex HMIF formations, one integrated formation for an Armor BCT and one formation for an Infantry BCT within 27 months.  The Robotic Controller Integrator will ensure the HMIF common controller aligns with stakeholder requirements and has a smooth transition plan to onramp to a Program of Record office post prototype development.  

The Robotic Controller Integrator is responsible for:

Successful Integration of HMIF Common Controller. Leading Controller Integration. Work/interface with and support DOTmLPF stakeholders across the HMI enterprise. HMIF Common Controller interface requirements development, design, transition plan stakeholder coordination. Advising, coordinating, scheduling, and remaining abreast of engineering and technical support activities applicable to the Common Controller sub-system development and capability integration. Provides integrated, multi-disciplinary solution recommendations for resolution of technical problems. Participates in the development and execution of test strategies. Ascertains HMIF Common Controller Technology readiness Level. Participates in Common Controller budgetary discussions.
