Ariba Global Delivery is the responsible area, part of SAP Procurement Delivery Services, for delivering functional consulting services. Mostly focused in delivering "subscription-embedded services" for every project that subscribed one of our SAP Ariba solutions.
We look Customer Success in go-live’s / project completions of production solutions for customer.

What you will do
Position title: Ariba Global Deployment – Early Career Talent
Location: Santiago, Chile
Duration: Temporary up to 1 year
Expected start date: January or February 2025
General role tasks and requirements:
Support work during PREPARE phase - working with Partners and Customer, aligning scope and tasks split, conducting Overview meetings, explaining what's under scope of services. Support SAP team with Partner/Customer communication. Support participation in the Prepare phase of the project, focused on project resources, scope elements, methodology, timeline, risk advising and reporting, key project details. Support work with the customer / partner / other SAP Ariba teams to manage the key tasks related to project completion. Participates in the services defined in SOW projects. Proactively collaborates with manager and teammates to anticipate and respond to issues that could impact solution deployment (e.g., change in scope) Setup the project in the internal project management tools at SAP Configure custom field and forms and other configuration described on projects configuration documents.
Learning & Development Opportunities:
As an Early Career Talent, you will participate and support in the full deployment cycle and will be challenged to learn how to configure the customer’s requirements on SAP Ariba solutions.
The resource will be trained to become a business process consultant, to generate empathy with customer and partner, avoid and manage escalations, customer satisfaction, among others.
What you bring
Education:
Must be a recent Graduate of a bachelor’s degree. Preferably not exceeding 1-2 years from graduation
Requirements and Experience:
