THE JOB:
Join the Park MGM team as an Arena Ticketing Representative and play a vital role in creating memorable experiences for our guests! You’ll be at the center of the action, selling tickets for exciting events, shows, exhibits, and attractions across our properties. This role offers variety, excitement, and the opportunity to work with a dynamic team dedicated to exceeding expectations. THE STARTING RATE: $17 an hour

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

Sales & Ticketing: Sell and process ticket orders and will-call requests for arena events while offering additional event-related products, including merchandise, parking, VIP packages, food & beverage inclusions, and suite products.

Guest Services: Provide knowledgeable assistance to guests regarding events, venues, and amenities while ensuring a high level of customer service. Support guests with mobile ticketing platforms and troubleshoot issues on both Android and iOS devices.

Transaction Handling: Utilize a cash drawer to process cash and credit card transactions accurately while adhering to department and federal requirements.

Event Support: Assist with the overall day-to-day presentation throughout MGM venues, including setting up and disassembling queues and moving stanchions as needed.


THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

Age: Must be 21 years or older.

Education: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent educational experience.

Availability: Must be available to work varied shifts, including weekends, holidays, and irregular hours as required.

Customer Service Experience: Proven ability to provide outstanding customer service, addressing guest inquiries and resolving issues with professionalism and efficiency.

Cash Handling & Accuracy: Solid experience managing cash transactions accurately, using a cash drawer, and complying with all financial protocols and federal regulations.

Ticketing & Systems Experience: Knowledge of ticketing processes and systems, including selling tickets, managing will-call requests, and navigating ticketing platforms to ensure smooth guest experiences.
