Area Visual Manager - SoHo
About The RoleAs Area Visual Manager, you will be responsible for the visual merchandising standards within a regional fleet of stores. You will have a visual lead in each location who executes across TRR’s visual merch standards: seasonal changeovers, mannequin displays, product placement, windows, day to day execution etc. You will be responsible for partnering with the visual leads to create a consistent visual experience across all stores, adhering to TRR’s brand standards and creative direction. You will be responsible for cultivating talent across the fleet and working together to raise the experience across the stores. You will be required to travel approximately 25% of your time. You will report into the Manager, Field Visual within the Merchandising department.

What You Get To Do Every Day

Maintain brand creative vision and standards across a regional fleet of stores

Lead visual merchandising execution in up to 2 flagship locations

Responsible for visual merchandising execution in up to 6 neighborhood locations

Accountable for leading, partnering, and motivating the visual merchandising team

Responsible for realizing the brand vision across multiple markets and business channels

Influence product assortment through business analysis and partnership with the merchandising team 

Thoughtful customization of brand visual standards to create exceptional displays that align with the brand vision, store design, product assortment and business objectives

Own messaging in flagships and support neighborhood stores with messaging delivery 

Participate in routine touch bases and field calls with the Visual Leads to align and review the following: new projects, Visual Merchandising guidelines, business and product reactivity, upcoming changeovers, training, and photo review to identify visual opportunities, successes, and solutions

Review store sales and make recommendations on changes to visual merchandising to drive the business and improve the customer experience 

Provide insight into trends, fashion, brands and culture to visual leads to ensure stores remain leaders in visual experience 

Collaborate with allocation team to ensure adequate product levels across fleet of regional stores

Cultivate and maintain strong partnerships with store managers

What You Bring To The Role

Minimum Requirements:

5-10 years of progressive retail visual merchandising experience

2-3 years of team management experience

Computer articulate including Google programs, excel, word, etc. 

Ability to lift and move up to 25 lbs

Ability to work early mornings or nights and occasional weekends 

Ability to excel in a high paced luxury retail environment

A well versed knowledge of Women’s and Men’s high fashion and current industry trends

Energetic and collaborative attitude

Problem solving and strategic thinker

Strong communication skills

Ability to Travel 25%

The expected salary range for this role is $87,210.00-$105,060.00. To determine starting pay we carefully consider a variety of factors, including primary work location and an evaluation of a candidate’s skills, experience, market demands, and internal parity. Additionally, salary is just one component of TRR’s total rewards package. Depending on role, employees may also be eligible for a bonus program, incentive pay and benefits.
