The position
In this position you will ensure stability and quality in the training administration processes and tools within CMC Development & Scaling. You will be responsible for ensuring that training administration is set up in a simple and easy way and in accordance with the training principles.
Your main tasks will be:
Deliver professional support and high-quality guidance as our Subject Matter Expert on the Novo Nordisk principles for how to handle our Training Administration processes and systems Setup and maintain our training setups in the system in the ideal manner and communicate this to internal stakeholders Drive onboarding and training of training coordinators on lower level Ensure data accuracy Identify optimization and standardization opportunities in the support setup
Your main stakeholders are within the training community in CMC Development & Scaling, right from those who are writing and designing our training setups to those who make the training available in our LMS. You will participate in or drive projects, make recommendations as well as facilitating meetings with project members and stakeholders. You will be part of a team with other training professionals supporting the same business area.
Qualifications
We are seeking candidates who have a natural talent for support and an interest and understanding of the training administration process including the flow for training and document management. Additionally, you have:
2+ years’ experience working within training administration in an international environment. Understanding of GMP requirements and the pharmaceutical industry Flair for and a natural interest in IT systems. We use LMS (Learning Management System) Fluency in English and Danish, both spoken and written
As a person you possess a user-centric mindset and are a valuable team player, known for your high energy and collaborative can-do attitude. You are innovative, systematic, data driven, service and team oriented. Your excellent communication skills will allow you to work efficiently with stakeholders at different levels of the organisation. To excel in this position, you must be adaptable and energized by working in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks and topics simultaneously. Last but not least, you are pragmatic and curious with the ability to make independent decisions whenever it is needed.
About the department
You will start in a central team in Novo Nordisk Quality where you will be onboarded to Novo Nordisk and trained as Area Training Coordinator for CMC Scaling & Development.
Later you will join the training team in CMC Scaling & Development which is a part of Global People and Organisation. You will become part of a department which is responsible for delivering professional and accurate training administration within the business area. You will experience that we strive for operational excellence and set ambitious targets. You will be part of an environment where everybody helps each other to succeed, grow and develop.
