Prepare assigned routing plan base on territory and follow SEM routing. Ensure sales execution according to Heineken Way of Sales & PICOS guidelines – (NND, TP, SOS & Planogram). Ensure stocks are available as per trading terms & agreement and following the (RSP) recommended selling price base on segment. Collect and report the information of competitor’s promotion, activation and market feedback to the KA Executive Execute promotions (work together with Trade Marketing for POSM arrangement and check promotion is going well and consumer feedback) and report to KA Executive. Building network and improve relationship with key customers by complying HEINEKEN Ways for Sales procedures Follow and comply with HEINEKEN Life Saving Rules Deliver sales volume to achieve the monthly & annual sales targets Able to handle the customers complains in a professional manner Focus on the acquisition of new customers as relevant Ensure to represent Heineken brands by dressing up as relevant during operation hours Ensure to execute Cycle KPIs and regular reporting through structured guidelines Ensure to contribute feedback, findings & complaints from both customer & consumer during scheduled sales meeting
