Job DescriptionExcited to be at the forefront of automotive technology?Possess strong sales skills and some technical knowledge?Have experience in a challenging, dynamic and highly competitive environment?

As a Sales Responsible, you will be a key person in the relationship between the company and the customers. You will be responsible for the consultancy and commercial aspects of the workshop concepts network in Moldova area and you will work with your colleagues e.g., Workshop Concepts Coordinator, Head of Sales & Key-Account Managers, Marketing Specialist for Workshops and other supporting functions.

You will be responsible for developing the workshop concepts network (mainly Bosch Car Service) in the before mentioned area and, in the same time, actively promoting our products and services in the territorial sales structure of our Distributors. You will work on getting Bosch products to our partners, to successfully implement and develop our Bosch Car Service concept. You will also work on long term projects which are making the difference about service quality and customer satisfaction for the future of automotive repair workshops in Romania.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Active management of the customer’s structure in the assigned scope of workIdentifying additional business opportunities or developing potentially new cooperation opportunities in the assigned business areaConducting regular visits to customers and establishing a close relationship with workshops and wholesale representatives in the assigned area of workProvide Bosch based commercial presentation towards customersWork together within the belonging Sales Team, but also with other Departments (marketing, after-sales, supply chain)Continuously keep the knowledge up to date on the latest products and features in order to offer the best possible solution to the needs of the customers.Actively use available special IT sales tools (such as CRM, SAP, Power BI, etc.)Act in accordance with central Bosch rules and guidelines and local regulations.

QualificationsBachelors’ Degree in Engineering, Economics or similarExperience in a similar automotive aftermarket position as a plusGeneral knowledge in common automotive technical fields is desirableAble to do presentations and show-how to a variety of audiencesGood knowledge (spoken and written) and use of English languageOrganizational, interpersonal and communication skills for successful organization of sales activities

Important skills, abilities, knowledge for this role

Minimum 3 years proven experience in Sales, the before mentioned domainsKnowledge in automotive repair and maintenance sectorAbility to provide effective presentations and demonstrationsHigh level of self-initiative, self-motivation, and sales orientationExperience and passion for continuous learning, open minded and a team playerTraveling is required within the assigned region and to our HQ on regular basis
