Department OverviewThe Enterprise Sales team is a group within Motorola Solutions, Inc. that provides industry leading, next generation enterprise security incident management and mass notification software applications to enterprise customers. No other company has the breadth and depth of technology and experience to deliver end to end enterprise security applications, video security and access control, and mission critical voice communications systems.

In this role, you will join a sales organization focused on aggressively growing our enterprise software solutions through new logo acquisition.

Noggin is a leader in integrated resilience management technology, offering a next-generation, cloud-based platform that combines 10 essential solutions into one unified system. Our award-winning platform seamlessly integrates operational and third-party risk management, operational resilience, business continuity, incident and crisis management, emergency management, and security and safety operations. Rave is the industry leader in Mass Notification solutions designed to notify, alert and respond to critical incidents for both corporations and governments.
Job Description

Reporting to the Sr. Account Director - Area Sales Manager - Enterprise Software Sales, this role will be responsible for leading a team of 3 to 6 account executives selling Motorola’s industry-leading incident management software (Noggin) and Mass Notification Software (Rave) to new customers and to our existing customer base. This is a role responsible for capturing new business within our key vertical markets in enterprise security. 

The role will leverage their leadership skills, strategic mindset and industry experience to achieve and exceed sales targets across their verticals in North America. They will spearhead the design and execution of sales priorities and are accountable for monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting. Their ability to cultivate relationships, identify and qualify opportunities and execute effective sales strategies to close wins will be crucial to their success in this role. 

Specific Knowledge & Skills:

Meet and exceed your team’s sales targets for growth 

Successful track record of targeting and securing new business, preferably within the SaaS solutions sets: Case Management, Risk, Resilience, Incident Management, Crisis, Safety, Mass Notification 

Lead, recruit and develop a team of account executives, providing guidance, coaching and support to drive performance and achieve sales goals 

Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify, qualify and develop a pipeline of potential clients through various lead generation strategies, including networking, referrals, industry events, and marketing campaigns 

Help your team better qualify and progress leads 

Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the benets and features of Street Smart’s security solutions

Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies and action plans to capitalize on market opportunities and drive revenue growth

Oversee the sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting, timely follow-up, and effective management of opportunities from lead generation to closure

Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product management, sales operations and other internal teams to align sales efforts with overall business objectives and product strategies

Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitive intelligence to evaluate performance, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions

Additional Knowledge/Skills: 

Bachelors Degree is preferred

4+ years experience in sales with at least 1+ year of leading a team, preferably selling SaaS solutions 

Ability to drive the team to work within defined frameworks and follow up on tasks in a predefined time frame 

Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tool 

Demonstrated ability to meet and/or exceed determined sales and activity quotas

Excellent communication, interpersonal, leadership, coaching, and conict resolution skills 

Persistence: Able to be persistent in a professional and positive manner

Mature judgment and individual initiative 

Excellent analytical, verbal and written communication skills 

Time management skills are required, and candidates must have the ability to manage multiple priorities in a complex, fast-paced environment 

Ability to travel within North America (50% travel)

Target Base Salary Range: $90,200 -  $208,500 USD
