Your Role – International, Challenging And Future-Oriented!
In this role you will lead and ensure the implementation of the sales strategy, guidelines and targets in a in the KSA Oil & Gas and infrastructure market, for the portfolio of Electrification and Automation business unite, in order to increase sales with all kinds of potential customers, and to achieve defined financial goals and sales targets. • Ensures the implementation of sales guidelines and sets sales targets for the assigned sales organization. • Develops and proposes sales budgets and growth forecasts aligned with the sales strategy of the unit(s). • Manages completion of budgets and regular sales reporting. • Defines and allocates resources.• Cooperates with Marketing, Product Management and Project Management in matters of strategic and tactical product and service positioning. • Drives customer focus within the organization and initiates / contributes to planning of customer related product development measures or the setup of customer related projects. • May support strategic key customers' business development. • Manages assigned organizational unit(s) and leads and / or coordinates dedicated management and staff.
Your Qualifications And Skills – Digital And Solid!
• Expected degree qualification and/or major Bachelore Degree of Electrical Engineering, in the field of power electric. • Relevant year of experience 8+ years of relevant experience • Knowledge of expertise- Knowledge of MV Systems, MV Switchgears, Transmission & Distribution Substations and. And related standards and specifications. - Background of Sales Process, CRM Salesforce. - Has a good background of local and international EPCs and the key players in Saudi Arabia• Any required certificationRelated Training• Personal skillsGood in Communication, persuading skills, Self-motivated and business oriented. • Language skills English, Arabic is Plus
