What You'll Be Doing

Oversee all operational aspects of multiple aggregate production facilities to ensure efficiency and safety. 3 sand & gravel sites, multiple depots, trucking & river logistics.Implement and monitor operational strategies to meet production goals & product balance.Manage and develop team members to enhance performance and growth.Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations.Collaborate with H&S, QC, environmental, & sales teams to optimize processes and resource utilization.

What Are We Looking For

Strong leadership and team management skills.Proven ability to develop and implement operational strategies.Knowledge of Aggregate KPI’s, mining, & production methods. Preference of at least 3 years managing aggregate operations or other relevant operations.Competency in managing a P&L & creating budget & forecasts.Commitment to safety and regulatory compliance. MSHA experience preferred.
