Duties
Driving turnover
Controlling expenses
Controlling stock losses
Managing and motivating staff
Recruitment and Selection
Training staff
Managing merchandise
Handling of IR issues
Requirements
5 to 7 years proven experience as an area manager/ senior area manager within clothing/ fashion industry
Matric
Tertiary qualification would be advantageous
Competitor Analysis
Responsible for generation of sales in your designated area
Strong merchandising skills
Admin orientated
Organised and thorough
Profit driven individual
Peoples person
Have strong business acumen
