What is the role about? 

This dynamic role is all about driving sustainable growth for Liquid Analysis in the USA and Canada. You'll be the go-to person for market feedback, helping shape the future of our products and services. As the voice of the customer, you'll influence product roadmaps and address any product, quality, or logistics issues. You'll also play a key role in developing new markets and standardizing offerings for key players. From launching new products to planning customer training and visits, your work will be varied and impactful. You'll collaborate with international teams, set pricing policies, and enhance our digital sales support. Which tasks will you perform? 
You will: 

Responsible for supporting the Sales Center in defining and implementing strategies to achieve sustainable growth in the USA and Canada. Act as the entry point for market feedback regarding products, applications, and initiatives. Serve as the escalation point for product, quality, or logistics issues. Represent the voice of the customer in internal discussions to influence the future product roadmap based on market needs. Support the development of new markets, customers, and applications. Support the standardization of offerings for key players. Introduce new products and solutions to the market with country and industry-specific launches. Plan and conduct customer and sales training, customer visits, and customer networks in collaboration with the Sales Centers. Monitor industry-specific offering needs within the countries and support planned activities. Determine pricing policies and special conditions in collaboration with the pricing team. Collaborate and actively participate in international networks and internal working groups. Further develop our sales support using digital media through sales content and tools. The position will be report to the Production Centers in Anaheim, CA, and Gerlingen, Germany. However, the position is located in Greenwood, USA, working remotely.


What do we expect from you? 
You: 

Bachelor’s degree (BS). Result-oriented and customer-focused mindset. International experience. Experience with electrochemical (pH, conductivity, turbidity, oxygen, etc.) and/or optical parameters Experience in one of Endress+Hauser's core industries: Drinking Water & Wastewater, Food & Beverage, Chemicals, Pharma, Oil & Gas, Power Generation, or Basic Materials & Metals. Knowledge of digitalization in sales. Excellent knowledge of English; proficiency in other languages (e.g., French, German) is advantageous. Strong team and communication skills. Enjoys interacting with people from different cultures. Willingness to travel (approximately 30%). Self-learning capabilities and proactive attitude.

The listed range for this position is $120,000-$138,000 but the actual package offered may vary depending on different factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation for this position would include other elements which include an annual nondiscretionary bonus.
