Key Responsibilities:

Driving turnover  Controlling expenses  Controlling stock losses  Managing, developing and motivating staff  Training and recruiting staff  Managing merchandise  Focusing on customer service  Managing in-store administration and security checks  

 

Qualifications and Experience:

A business or retail related degree will be advantageous.  Minimum 8 years retail experience with a minimum of 3 years senior store leadership experience.  3 years' Area Manager experience (advantageous) Entrepreneurial flair (business acumen and turnover driven)  Valid drivers’ license
