TRS Staffing Solutions, for our client, a global leader in engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) services, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Area Lead Commissioning Engineer (Utilities) to oversee commissioning activities, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and performance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise Commissioning Leads and Engineers Prepare commissioning reports and ensure project progress Implement and maintain commissioning programs, tools, and procedures Review engineering drawings and specifications Organize vendor training for commissioning and start-up activities Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards Monitor work progress and report discipline performance Interface with clients, project teams, and vendors Requirements: Engineering degree or equivalent work experience (16+ years) Proven experience in plant commissioning, operations, and maintenance Strong knowledge of pre-commissioning, start-up, and maintenance planning Familiarity with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards Proficiency in MS Office, Primavera, and project management tools Fluent in English with strong communication and leadership skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Experience in Water Industry, Energy from Waste, or Advanced Technology sectors is a plus What We Offer: Competitive salary Training and career development opportunities International work environment with growth potential A dynamic and collaborative team setting
