What You'll Get to DoPerform day-to-day financial transactions including verifying and recording accounts payable dataManage purchase orders including tracking and reconciling with invoicesVerify and investigate discrepancies by reconciling vendor accounts and monthly vendor statementsPerform fuel and raw materials inventory invoice reconciliationsGenerate accounts payable reportingAssist with month-end closingParticipate in special projects
What We Are Looking ForProven working experience as Accounts Payable ClerkSolid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting payable principlesHigh degree of accuracy and attention to detail.Ability to work as part of a team environment and being able to work independently as requiredComputer competency using MS Office including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and TeamsDemonstrated ability to multi-taskExcellent communication, organizational and time management skillsKnowledge of SAP is a plusComputer competency using MS Office: Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and TeamsAssociate degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration preferred
