SSOE is looking to hire an Architectural Design Intern who is enthusiastic about design and ready to join our creative studio environment with the opportunity to participate in the design of state-of-the-art buildings for the world’s leading companies. This is an onsite role requiring daily attendance at our Toledo office. Remote or hybrid work is not available for this role.

Responsibilities Performs a variety of routine project design assignments, with growing responsibility, guided by a project engineer/architect or department manager.Works from both own designs and designs of others, compiles data, performs design computations, makes quantity take-offs, and assists in preparation of cost estimates.Drafts interpretation of own design into completed working drawings and applies design fundamentals.Develops project details, prepares selections, and adapts to alternatives.Maintains working knowledge of the discipline's codes and studies non-routine code issues.Performs production of construction documents. Qualifications Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s in a NAAB-accredited architecture programRevit experience required3D rendering skills (Enscape, V-ray, SketchUp, 3D Max, etc.)Proficient with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesignEager to learn and passionate about designDemonstrated leadership in school or communityStrong organizational and multitasking skillsExcellent verbal, written, and graphic skillsResourceful, self-motivated, collaborative team playerSalary Range: $20-$23 per hour
