Description We are offering a contract opportunity for an Architectural Designer in BALTIMORE, Maryland. This role will be centered around the development and refinement of 2D floor plans and architectural designs, with an emphasis on using AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop & Illustrator), and experience with 2D floor plans. Experience with Revit is a plus. Responsibilities: + Develop and refine 2D floor plans and architectural designs. + Utilize AutoCAD to create technical drawings and construction documents. + Use Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator for design presentations and renderings. + Collaborate with the project team to translate concepts into precise architectural drawings. + Ensure design accuracy, compliance with industry standards, and project specifications. + Work closely with stakeholders during onsite visits to gather insights and apply changes effectively. Requirements + 3-5 years of architectural design experience. + Expert proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, and Illustrator. + Strong experience with 2D floor plans and construction drawings. + Knowledge of Revit (preferred but not required). + Ability to work onsite in Baltimore, MD for a total of 40 hours a week during the contract. + Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
