Page’s Mission Critical team is seeking a Project Manager for their fast-paced, highly nimble team focusing on projects requiring critical engineering and resiliency at the forefront of technology. We are seeking a candidate with a minimum of 10-years’ experience or 5-years’ experience in large scale, multi-disciplinary, design. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated, self-starter seeking progressive challenges who can effectively communicate with a variety of technical, professional, and managerial professionals. Manage resilient, cost effective facilities for sophisticated clients that require highly integrated facilities with top-tier uptime. Role involve client-facing and team-facing responsibilities as well as responsibility to the firm. Lead an industry-leading, multi-disciplinary design team implementing fast-paced design projects solving design and construction challenges. Position offers significant growth potential with a wide range of responsibilities and leadership roles. Responsibilities Forecast and organize project team for design, production, and project document delivery; Successfully execute projects following Page’s and Owner’s protocols and procedures to reach the best solution; Coordinate with consultants, team members and the client; Develop strong client, consultant and collaborator relationships; Understand budget, code, and jurisdictional requirements; Provide mentorship and guidance to project team; Collaborate on project fee development and project proposals; Champion quality Qualifications Ability to work well under pressure, prioritize multiple tasks, and adjust for fast deadlines 10+ years’ experience in similarly complex projects across diverse project sectors; Degree in Architecture or related field from an accredited university Experience with all multiple project sizes, with concentration in large projects valued at $30MM plus; Proficient in financial tracking and administrative processes; Proven effectiveness coordinating with contractors, architectural teams, and consultants; Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; Successful at leading and organizing a team of multiple disciplines and consultants; Confident with public speaking and networking; Excellent technical writing skills; Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills; Detail oriented and organized with proven experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously; Available for occasional travel within the US. #LI-EC1
