Job Description
Our Architecture client is looking for a Project Manager to join their team. The Project Manager will oversee a team of 4-5 people working on multiple projects. The role involves managing day-to-day operations, organizing work plans, and ensuring projects are completed on schedule and within budget. The Project Manager will also be responsible for the technical accuracy of documents, coordinating with engineers and consultants, and keeping clients informed of project status.
ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day operations of the project in all phases of work.Organize a work plan for each project assignment.Ensure project schedules are maintained.Manage internal hourly budgets.Organize, coordinate, and manage technical and administrative staff assigned to projects.Ensure technical accuracy of documents, specifications, and reports prepared for the project.Manage and coordinate contracted engineers and consultants.Report the status of all aspects of the project to the Principal-in-charge.Keep clients informed of project status.Solve budgetary, constructability, and technical problems on projects.Execute drafting tasks on an as-needed basis.Essential SkillsProject management experience.Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.Architectural design expertise.10+ years of architectural experience.Experience with public works and government projects.Client management experience.Team leadership skills.Additional Skills & QualificationsArchitectural license (not required, but a bonus).Work Environment
The role may require travel up to Reno a few times a month for a project. The company offers 3 weeks of PTO, quarterly office events, and periodic catered lunches. The principals are committed to employee growth and support, and rarely require overtime work
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $48.00 - $58.00/hr.
