Job Description
We are seeking a talented and dedicated Architectural Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a licensed architect, experienced designer, or job captain with a degree from a NAAB accredited program. You will be responsible for creating architectural models in Revit and managing projects from schematic design through to construction administration for retail, K-12, and higher education projects. This role requires strong collaboration skills with contractors and a demonstrated ability to manage projects successfully.
ResponsibilitiesCreate and develop architectural models in Revit.Oversee projects from schematic design to construction administration.Work on design development, construction documentation, detailing, and specifications.Collaborate effectively with contractors to ensure project success.Manage projects in the public sector, with a preference for experience in this area.Essential SkillsProficiency in Revit.Strong understanding of construction documents and architectural design.Experience in construction administration and design development.Ability to manage schematic design.Project management skills.Additional Skills & QualificationsDegree from a NAAB accredited program.On path to licensure or plans to become licensed.Experience in public sector work is preferred.Work Environment
The work environment is a small firm where you will receive direction, guidance, and mentorship directly from seasoned architects. The regular workweek for full-time employees is forty hours, divided into five days, Monday through Friday, with work hours from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. including a one-hour unpaid lunch break. The firm provides a variety of benefits, including medical, dental, vision, and disability insurance, as well as a 401(k) plan. Employees accrue 96 hours of PTO and 48 hours of sick time annually, and there are 8 paid holidays each year. Discretionary bonuses and reimbursement for passing ARE exams are also offered.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $28.00 - $39.00/hr.
