Job Title: Architectural Designer
Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Architectural Designer with a focus on K-12 projects. This role involves managing and designing architectural drawings using Revit, and overseeing a drafter. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in design and project management, as well as the ability to develop contract documents and perform construction administration.

ResponsibilitiesDesign and document architectural drawings using Revit.Manage and oversee one drafter.Develop contract documents and perform construction administration.Facilitate meetings with clients, project staff, and consultants.Coordinate with project teams to ensure successful project completion.Essential Skills5+ years of design and project management experience.Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe, and MS Office.Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture.Strong ability to design and develop contract documents.Experience in facilitating meetings and coordinating with project staff and consultants.Additional Skills & QualificationsLicensed Architect preferred.Experience in schematic design and construction documentation.Work Environment

This position is based in our Lexington office, offering a collaborative and creative environment. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $36.00
