About this role

An established AJ100 architecture practice, with offices around the world, are looking for Architects / Senior Architects with proven experience running data centre projects to join their London team. They have a varied catalogue of work including retail, hospitality, commercial and logistics, and you'll have the opportunity to lead a team working with prominent clients in a growing sector. 

You'll get to work with a friendly and supportive team, receiving training where necessary, to advance your career and have the opportunity to collaborate with their offices in Europe and Latin America. 
 

Key Responsibilities

Lead projects and teams to develop challenging briefs and detailed design development across all RIBA stages. Coordination of consultants, authorities, and contractors. Utilise technical skills across all aspects of a project.  Engage with one or more clients at a time, maintaining strong relationships.  Continued development of the company's expertise in the data centre sector. 

Skills and Experience

Fully qualified ARB/Part III architect with min. 5 years PQE. Proven data centre sector experience, with delivered projects.  Demonstrable experience working through all stages with a rigorous approach to technical stages of schemes. Strong job running skills, including awareness of project finances, budgets and programme.  Strong knowledge and experience with Revit is essential.  Communication skills with the team, client, and project stakeholders. Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
