Job Title: Intermediate Project Architect
Job Description

In this role, you will support the project team in the development of design drawings, construction documents, and drawing coordination. You will perform and coordinate site surveys, prepare due diligence reports, and conduct building code reviews. In addition, you will interpret design concepts by partnering with the Design Team and translate them into workable construction drawings, evaluate alternatives to develop solutions, and maintain quality technical and design control. You may also work with the client to confirm objectives and formulate options, and may participate in marketing efforts.

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 6 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a hybrid position requiring some days on-site in New York, New York and some days remote.

Work Environment

This position offers a HYBRID OFFICE SCHEDULE - 4 days in, Fridays at home. However, you must be available for client meetings or site visits as required on Fridays. The office is an open studio, fostering a collaborative environment and open communication. The firm prides itself on a respectful and easy-going atmosphere, with a casual dress code.
