Minimum requirements:
Proficiency in industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools Strong understanding of architectural design principles, building codes, and regulations Excellent communication and teamwork skills for collaborating with clients and multidisciplinary teams Beneficial experience in project management Principle Agent experience considered advantageous Familiarity with government projects is a plus Proven ability to manage projects from Stage 1 through to Stage 6, with strong expertise in Stages 4 to 6 Professional registration with SACAP is essential
