WSP has a large, highly experienced and friendly Ecology and Arboriculture team who get involved with a diverse range of interesting projects across a number of sectors within the UK for both private and public sector clients. The team pride themselves on the integrated support offered by working alongside in-house specialists to deliver commercially balanced, innovative and integrated solutions. You will be expected to be involved with several projects concurrently and be a proactive member of the team. We have GIS and CAD specialists within WSP so knowledge of these systems is not required but is an advantage. Experience of working with digital data capture devices such as tablets in the field is preferred. The Arboriculture and Forestry team and its projects are spread across the UK so there is flexibility on location. **Your New Role, What’s Involved?** + Site based surveys, assessments, measurements, inspections and monitoring in relation to BS5837:2012 and tree hazard assessments. + Collation and interpretation of arboricultural information from desk studies. + Preparing technical reports and feasibility studies, inputting into arboricultural impact assessments and arboricultural method statements. + Liaising with design team developing mitigation solutions. + Data analysis and project management. **Don’t quite meet all the criteria?
