专业地达成地区销售任务

•    依照公司政策和阿斯利康行为准则,确保地区团队圆满完成工作计划 (POA)、现场策略计划和地区计划

•    确保成熟产品和新产品平衡,将新近推出的产品和重要产品推广至医院和诊疗机构。

地区业务规划和战略开发

•    对市场和竞争对手实施 SWOT 分析,以开拓业务机会

•    根据主要业务目标制定地区业务计划

•    监督地区业务计划的实施

客户关注与服务

•    与重要长期客户/客户保持联系

•    监督医药代表 (MR) 的工作,确保他们根据工作计划 (POA),在已批准的详细辅助材料中提供主要信息

•    确保医药代表 (MR) 理解并遵守阿斯利康行为准则

Qualification:

本科以上学历,医科及相关学科背景者优先

市场管理经验和客户管理经验 

2年以上医药销售管理经验背景    

在大型跨国医药公司的销售市场优先

英语说写能力优先

Skillful in MS Office
