Description Calling all AR/Billing Specialists!! We have a great contract to hire position with a client in Greenville, SC. Prior AR/Billing experience is required. This is an exciting opportunity with a company who has had tremendous growth over the last few years and are seeking candidates who would be excited to join their growing, yet stable team. Responsibilities: • Handle the billing process accurately and efficiently • High volume billing • Utilize multiple systems for various billing tasks • Generate invoices through the system • Identify and resolve any discrepancies in the billing process or customer records. • Collaborate with other specialists in the team to ensure smooth functioning. • Assist in maintaining accurate customer credit records. • Respond to and resolve customer inquiries promptly and professionally. • Assist in maintaining accurate customer credit records. •Set up customer account, bill-to-information, and credit terms in the system Validate and upload tax exemption certificates in tax software Additional Information: 40 hours per week Monday-Friday Onsite full time - opportunity for hybrid schedule once fully trained Business Casual Attire Great office culture! Requirements • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Billing Specialist or in a similar role • Proven ability to manage and process Accounts Receivable (AR). • Strong experience with billing procedures and operations. • Proven ability to identify and resolve discrepancies in billing and accounts. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-oriented approach.
