AR/Billing Associate II

Position is only open to work in Alpharetta, GA or Lansdale, PA offices. Candidates must live locally in Alpharetta, GA or Lansdale, PA area and will work a Hybrid work model of 3 days in office & 2 days from home.

The position is not open to Sponsorship now or anytime in the future.

Summary of This Role

Performs duties necessary for preparing invoices. 

Monitor the operation of systems to ensure the accuracy of billing information entered into the system and effective delivery of billing information to customers. 

Review and follow up on customer discrepancies. 

Assist with developing solutions to billing problems and testing the accuracy of system modifications designed to accommodate these solutions.

What Part Will You Play?

Owns routine/non-routine billing operations for moderately complex clients, participates in the set-up and preparation of invoices, obtains billing approval and calculates incoming fees due using current technology to maximize effectiveness and accuracy of existing systems. 

Monitors the operation of systems to ensure the effective delivery of billing information. Enters client's billing information and contract terms into the system. 

Analyzes data to ensure invoicing between Salesforce corresponds with Oracle reporting; reporting discrepancies accordingly.  Performs audits checking for accuracy in invoices, revenue recognition dates, order dates, posting periods, etc. 

Build and maintain relationships with sales and support teams to provide customer services and resolve issues

Maintains and compiles required documentation for audits.

Acts as a contact for internal/external clients, researching, identifying, and resolving routine to moderately complex billing discrepancies or variances. Assists with developing solutions to billing problems and testing the accuracy of system modifications designed to accommodate these solutions.

Maintains the issues resolution process. Research methods to improve performance and quality to assist in the creation of preventative action plans.

Ad-hoc reporting as needed

Support special projects or initiatives

Address and close accounting ticket requests in a timely manner.  

Moderate knowledge of Excel (v-look ups, pivot tables)

What Are We Looking For in This Role?

Minimum Qualifications

High School Diploma or Equivalent

Typically Minimum 2 Years Relevant Exp

Billing/Accounts Receivable experience


Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree

Finance/Accounting

Invoicing thru Salesforce

Experience with Oracle

Excel- using Pivot Tables and formulas
