Our Integrated Campaign Lead role is a high-impact, hands-on role where you’ll own end-to-end campaign execution—from planning concepts to driving results—across email, digital, paid media, events, and webinars.
Working alongside Product Marketing, Sales, and Product Management, you’ll bring strategy to life—translating market insights and go-to-market priorities into compelling campaigns that generate demand and accelerate pipeline.

This position is part of the Marketing department located in Vancouver, BC and will be remote.
Aquatic Informatics (AQI) is a remote-first company. Our ideal for this position would be in Vancouver, Canada where our headquarters is located.
Travel will be required for this role, for up to 15% of the time.
In this role, a typical day will look like:
Build and execute integrated campaigns that span digital, email, paid channels, and events—crafting full-funnel journeys that engage prospects and convert them into pipelineTransform product positioning into powerful stories that resonate across customer segments in collaboration with Product Marketing. Establish thought leadership through compelling content and consistent brand messaging across all channels.Collaborate closely with Sales to develop Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies that target high-value accounts with compelling reasons to engageAnalytics & Optimization - Use data and analytics to track performance, optimize campaigns, and report on key metrics (e.g., ROI, lead generation, conversion rates). Lead A/B testing, segmentation, landing page optimization and nurture strategiesLeverage marketing automation and CRM tools (e.g., Marketo, Salesforce, Wordpress) to manage lead flow and track resultsBudget & Vendor Management - Manage marketing budgets and oversee relationships with external vendors, agencies, and digital partners to ensure efficient spend and effective execution across all channelsMarketing Trends & Innovation - Stay up-to-date on the latest marketing trends, tools, and technologies. Introduce and experiment with innovative digital marketing tactics to stay ahead of the competitionThe essential requirements of the job include:
6+ years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally in SaaS or technology industriesDemonstrated experience building multi-channel marketing campaigns across the buyer’s journey, with a focus on continuous optimization to improve performance and drive results.Experience with event management—capable of planning and executing events such as tradeshows and webinars to support marketing and sales goalsExperience with Account-Based Marketing (ABM)—skilled in developing targeted campaigns to engage high-value accounts and drive pipeline growthExperience with marketing tools (e.g., Marketo, Word Press) and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce)Ability to travel both national and internationallyIt would be nice if you also possess:
Experience in Water or Utilities sectorExcellent writing and storytelling skills—you know how to turn complex features into clear, compelling narrativesExperience as a cross functional collaborator, building cohesive virtual teams to drive results on shared goals. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An associate’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.
The compensation range for this role is $125,000 to 145,000 CAD/year. This job is also eligible for bonus pay.We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, health insurance and RSP to eligible employees.
