We now have an exciting opportunity for a highly organized, detail-oriented individual to join our newly established Southeast Apprenticeship Program. This position plays a vital role in shaping the future of our craft training program, which covers a range of disciplines, including Electrical and Mechanical trades (with potential to expand).\n

What You'll Do:\n\nDaily Operations: Support the day-to-day functions of the Apprenticeship Program, including managing communication with Electrical and Mechanical Apprentices and ensuring all participants have the materials and resources they need to succeed and are in compliance with Department of Labor and NCCER standards.\nOrganization & Administration: Coordinate orientations, keep training documents updated, and manage curriculum schedules\n\n

What We're Looking For:\n\nPrior Apprenticeship, curriculum, or training and development experience.\nStrong organizational skills and the ability to adhere to strict compliance standards.\nAbility to be a resource for apprentices, instructors, and stakeholders.\nPassion for supporting others in their professional development.\n\n

Requirements for this position include:\n\nTwo (2) or more years in an administrative\/educational support role, preference given to those with prior apprenticeship administration and\/or construction\/electrical experience\nComputer literacy (Microsoft Office, Outlook, Internet, etc.) required.\nBusiness and\/or administrative coursework preferred\nHigh School Diploma\n\n
