We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Working Student to join our team as Chief of Staff Assistant to the Managing Director of SAP France. This is an exceptional opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, innovative environment and to work closely with senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the Managing Director: Assist with daily tasks priorization, schedule management, and preparation for meetings and events. Project Management: Lead and coordinate special projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with strategic goals. Communication: Draft and edit internal and external communications, including presentations, reports, and emails. Research and Analysis: Conduct research and provide insights on industry trends, competitive landscape, and strategic initiatives. Governance and stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with internal teams, clients, and partners to support business objectives and foster strong relationships. Event Coordination: Organize and manage logistics for key events, meetings, and conferences.

Currently enrolled in a Master’s degree program, preferably in Business, Management, or a related field. Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage competing priorities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both French and English. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Prior experience in a corporate setting or similar role is a plus.How to Apply:

Meet your team :
You will join the team COMEX France, at the closest to our Managing Director. You will work closely with our Chief of Staff & Customer Officer dedicated to France, in an international environment.
Our office is based at Levallois-perret, and home office is possible once a week.
Duration : 1 to 2 years

This contract is subject to remuneration in line with the applicable collective agreement (Convention SYNTEC).
