Job Title: Apprentice, Talent Acquisition & People Experience
Job Location: Bengaluru & Pune
Position Overview
We are looking for motivated individuals for multiple roles in our People and Places (PPL) division which includes Talent Attraction Coordinator, Early Career Program Coordinator, PPL Advisor, and People Insight Analyst.
Talent Attraction Coordinator Role: Responsible for coordinating candidate interviews, manages communication between hiring teams and applicants, and maintains recruitment databases. Collaborate with recruiters to organize recruitment events and contribute to talent acquisition strategies. Ensure a comprehensive onboarding process, handling administrative tasks and maintaining accurate records.
Campus Coordinator Role: Responsible for overseeing daily university campus operations, managing recruitment, coordinating with all stakeholders for campus drives. Ensure a smooth campus and candidate experience, organize student engagement programs, and provide support for onboarding activities.
PPL Advisor Role: The PPL Advisor contributes to HR service delivery improvement. Responsibilities include handling HR-related inquiries, case management, and data reporting. Create and interpret reports, manage ServiceNow cases, ensure employee support and maintain accurate employee files. Following Standard Operating Procedures for high-quality and service delivery.
People Insight BI (Business Intelligence) Apprentices Role: Data Analyst with exposure in creating visualizations and dashboards for leadership using AWS, Python, R, and SQL. Possess SQL, scripting languages (R, Python), and BI tools (Tableau, Qlikview, Power BI). Collaborate with teams to transform data insights into applicable strategies.
People Insight Data Scientist Apprentice Role: Responsible for creating insightful visualizations and dashboards, translating complex data findings into understandable formats for leadership and business. Extract data from diverse sources using AWS, Python/R, SQL, and other automated tools. Perform data analysis to assess quality and obtain meaningful insights. Collaborate with teams, using knowledge in SQL for building complex and optimized queries, scripting languages (R, Python), and BI tools (Tableau, Qlikview, Power BI, etc.) to transform data insights into applicable business strategies.
Qualifications:
B.tech in computer science, B.Com, BBA, or a related field (2023 & 2024 graduates only)
Thrive in a fast-paced environment with high volume and complex demands
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
