Appointment Selling Call Center Agent

Summary

Under the general direction of the Call Center Supervisor, the appointment coordinating team converts warm leads into appointments. Schedule consultation appointments from Solar, Roofing, HVAC or Battery inquiries and perform a variety of phone and administrative duties. The ideal candidate enjoys sales, motivated by hard work and high earning potential, dedicated and a team player.

Responsibilities:

Call prospects and start up conversations with decision makers Answer all incoming calls, return missed calls/voice mails, answer emails, chats and texts, and respond to inquiry emails promptly Schedule appointments via email/phone/text Accurately enter data into Excel and Salesforce Accurately ascertain and record all lead sources (web/radio/word of mouth, etc.) Must be a problem solver and solution finder Must have great enthusiasm with fast and efficient computer skills Other tasks as requested by management No cold calling!


Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED required Microsoft Excel: Able to organize, format and calculate data with formulas Microsoft Outlook: Able to compose, send, and organize email Microsoft Word: Able to create, edit and design various type of documents using different styles, layouts and media Salesforce experience a PLUS Ability to schedule meetings, manage incoming and outgoing phone calls Ability to learn and apply new software & programs High accuracy rate and speed in Data Entry Proficient in English, bilingual in Spanish a PLUS

Work schedule: Monday – Saturday 8am-4:30pm (PST), Sundays 9am-6pm (PST) weekends are required.

Job type: Full time position

Pay: $20-$30 per hour PLUS uncapped commission additional bonus potential
