Appointment Coordinator
Description: The Setting Sales is responsible for data review and disclosure package. The position will review loan origination for data integrity. They will monitor the return of the fully executed disclosure package to assure required regulatory compliance has been met. This position will review all loan files when submitted to the Processing Center for proper signatures, dates and ensuring all required disclosures have been received. Responsibilities File review once received in Processing Center Ensuring all documents are completed before file is forwarded for sale Rejecting files that have not been properly documented. Ensuring that the rejected files have been updated and sent back for review. Check for receipt of all disclosures, proper dates and signatures, documents remained unchanged since initial review Skills: foreclosure, title, mortgage, Mathematical Skills, escrow, tax, default, Office administration, customer service, receptionist customer service Top Skills Details: foreclosure,title,mortgage,Mathematical Skills,escrow,tax,default Additional Skills & Qualifications: Have knowledge of basic loan application completion skills. Detail-oriented and be able to multi-task. 1-2 years experience in the mortgage business a plus. Excellent communication skills Be able to prioritize tasks in order to meet deadlines. Possess a positive attitude, be flexible in fast-paced environment, be a team player and be willing to constructively contribute to the department.
