Job Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of AI/ML engineers Oversee the design and implementation of advanced machine learning models Collaborate with stakeholders to align AI strategies with business goals Drive innovation and best practices in AI/ML development Ensure timely delivery of high-quality AI solutions Facilitate knowledge sharing and continuous learning within the team Evaluate and integrate new AI technologies and tools Manage project timelines and resource allocation Communicate project progress and outcomes to senior management Foster a culture of collaboration and excellence Develop and maintain documentation for AI projects

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field 5 years of experience in machine learning engineering Proven leadership experience in managing technical teams Expertise in Python and machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) Strong understanding of AI/ML principles and methodologies Experience in AWS and implementing ML models in the cloud Excellent project management and organizational skills Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

Master’s degree in a relevant field Experience with other cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, Google Cloud) Familiarity with big data processing tools (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) Knowledge of AI ethics and responsible AI practices Experience in deploying AI solutions at scale Publications or contributions to AI/ML research Certification in leadership or project management
