As a new Applications Support Analyst at VillageCare, you can expect a dynamic and engaging work environment where problem-solving is at the heart of your daily responsibilities. Your typical day will involve troubleshooting application issues, providing technical support to end-users, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance system performance. You'll be responsible for analyzing user requirements, documenting support processes, and contributing to software updates.\n

Your schedule will be Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM EST, allowing you to maintain a healthy work-life balance while engaging in high-performance tasks. Regular team meetings will foster collaboration and idea-sharing, ensuring you stay aligned with the organization's customer-focused goals. To succeed as an Applications Support Analyst at VillageCare, you will need a robust blend of technical acumen and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in supporting healthcare applications, particularly Electronic Health Records (EHR) and Practice Management Systems, is essential. You should possess strong troubleshooting abilities to quickly resolve application issues faced by end-users, including healthcare providers and administrative staff. Experience with system maintenance, upgrades, and implementing application patches is vital for ensuring stability and security. Excellent communication skills are necessary for effective user training and collaboration with diverse teams, including IT staff and vendors.\n

You'll also need a keen analytical mindset to manage and document support tickets, identify recurring issues, and recommend system improvements. Familiarity with healthcare regulations, including HIPAA compliance, will help you maintain necessary documentation and ensure the integrity of our applications.
