We are currently looking for a DevOps Engineer to join our Cx DevOps team.  Our primary focus is designing, developing, and maintaining tooling that is used to build, deploy, test, and deliver our solutions to the SaaS fleet. Additionally, you will play a key role in Production Support for Cloud Operations. As a member of our team, you will help develop various software solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity for our organization and stakeholders. Our tooling is built using various technologies such as VBCS and/or Apex while leveraging Generative AI. We operate using agile principles and currently have teams primarily located in Canada, the U.S., and India.
