Overview:

Our direct client is currently seeking a Applications Developer to work on a new CRM project.
The focus of the Application Developer is to deliver the Information Technology solution for this new project.
This position will participate in the design and development efforts in developing application solutions as well as design and adapt package application solutions. 

Responsibilities:

The Application Developer will participate in requirements definition efforts at program and system levels for the duration of the project.
The Application Developer will participate at all levels of the architectural design. 
Design may be custom or involve learning packaged software, evaluating configuration options of the application, and delivering the best solution against the business requirements.
This position will document design tasks, as well as provide periodic status updates to the Architecture Team and Managers.
S/he will develop new programs and enhancement to existing components. 
Development includes unit testing and may involve configuration of third party or packaged application software and custom development.
The Application developer will ensure the quality of developed and delivered components. 
The position will ensure proper change control procedures are followed and evaluate system integration impacts beyond the scope of the specified change.
S/he will participate with the QA team in the planning and creating of test plan efforts. 

Qualifications:

To be qualified for this position you must have:

Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent job related experience
4 to 6 years of experience with relevant technology
.NET and SQL Server background with expertise in .Net framework (4.5 and above)
Web based Application Development using ASP.Net MVC and Web API, C#
Database programming (SQL Server 2008 or above)
Experience using 3rd party frameworks(ex. nHibernate)
Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
High level of motivation; ability to learn quickly and adapt to a fast changing technical environment
Demonstrated experience with a systems development life cycle (familiar with Agile development methodologies)
Strong written and verbal communications skills
