Sales Support Manager
Your role and responsibilitiesIn this role, you will have the opportunity to adapt and implement sales support strategy for a designated area in accordance with the global support strategy. Each day, you will ensure technical and commercial support for internal and external customers. You will also showcase your expertise by overseeing estimations, bids, and proposals ensuring alignment with ABB standards and targets and leading, developing, and coaching the Sales Support team.You will be mainly accountable for:1. \tProvide fast sales support for domestic sales units. Achieve region sales budget target\t\t\t\t\t\t2. \tMonitor region daily technical support work, ensure solution's promptness and cost-effectiveness\t\t\t\t\t\t3. \tSupport develop new industry segement and deeply cultivating traditional industries\t\t\t\t\t\t4. \tCooperate the progress of project in region, aviod disordered competition\t\t\t\t\t\t5. \tCommunicate with back-end department for complex technical solution feasibility\t\t\t\t\t\t6. \tResponsible for region VIP customer technical support\t\t\t\t\t\t
Qualifications for the roleEducation(Level): University graduate or above\t\t\t\tMajor: Mechanical Engineering \t\t\t\tLanguage: Fluent in Mandarin (oral and written). Fluent English ( oral and written)\t\t\t\tPC Skills:\tGood PC skills, Microsoft office, AutoCAD, NX\t\t\t\tPersonality: Action oriented, Customer orientation, Capability to work independently\tMotivational, organizing and planning skills, goal-oriented, Capability to work independently and analytical. \t\t\t\tProfessional experiences and skills: Mechanical or electrical engineering background on electrical motors. Over three years experience in machine sales and support works. Be good at communication, full of euthusiasm and like challenging..Willing to work with different cultures.\t\t\t\t\t\t\t
