**Job Summary**
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented L2 Application Support Intern to join our IT support team. This internship is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in real-world application support, troubleshooting, and working with cross-functional teams in a dynamic IT environment.
**Job Description**
We are looking for a **Application Support** **I** **ntern** . **This position will** be **6 Months Internship** and Location **Bangalore.**
**What You’ll Do**
+ Assist the L2 support team in investigating and resolving application-related issues.
+ Monitor application performance and help respond to incidents and service requests.
+ Analyze logs and data to identify root causes of recurring problems.
+ Document known issues, workarounds, and resolutions in the internal knowledge base.
+ Work closely with L1 support and escalate issues as required under supervision.
+ Collaborate with development and QA teams to support issue resolution and deployments.
+ Provide daily status updates and maintain clear communication with the team.
**What You'll Need**
+ Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
+ Basic knowledge of SQL, databases, and web applications.
+ Familiarity with troubleshooting techniques and log analysis.
+ Good communication and interpersonal skills.
+ Willingness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced environment.
+ Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
**Good to Have**
+ Familiarity with ticketing tools (e.g. HDA, Jira)
+ Basic understanding of ITIL concepts and incident management What You'll Gain:

**Physical Demands**
