What Enterprise SaaS Applications Support contributes to Cardinal Health
The Enterprise Solution Delivery team is searching for an Application Support Engineer to join our team. This role will primarily support SaaS applications acting as a representative between our application end users, teams that integrate with our applications, Enterprise IT, and the application vendors to ensure that our end users’ IT needs are being serviced appropriately.
The primary support application will be Adobe Sign; However, This position may support other applications.
Responsibilities
Provide IT support to primarily SaaS application end users through ServiceNow ticket processAct as the liaison between our application integration partners and the vendor to assist with the set up and support of the integrationsMaintain runbook/team procedures documentationMaintain Technical Diagrams of the applicationSeek support from vendor as necessaryMeet/exceed application maintenance and support SLAsReport KPIs to leadershipUse ServiceNow to create and manage enhancements and change requestsDocument and test application resiliency plansImplements solutions that comply with all necessary regulatory compliance measures to reduce findings in HIPPA auditsComply with all required policies and procedures such as compliance, audit and security requirements, etc.Assist the application solution owner with defining the long-term strategies for the applicationsEnsure the applications align with the organization’s goals and follows EIT standardsWork with vendors to understand the application’s roadmapOccasionally assist with IT centric complex projects of large scopeThis position may take on other duties as assignedQualifications
3 Years prior experience as a SaaS Application Support Engineer (Adobe Sign Administrator Experience Preferred)Prior experience working with end users and building internal customer relationshipsEducation based off track levelPreferred
Adobe Sign Administrator ExperienceExperience working with APIs/integrating IT applicationsPrevious experience working with Identity Access Management applications (Identity IQ/Single Sign-on)Excellent communication skillsAbility to understand and follow IT policiesManage and prioritize multiple tasks/projectsMaintain accurate and thorough documentationCandidates who are back-to-work, people with disabilities, without a college degree, and Veterans are encouraged to apply.
